Reading while Black

“Reading While Black: African American Biblical Interpretation As An Exercise In Hope”

“Gods vision for his people is not for the elimination of ethnicity to form a colorblind uniformity of sanctified blandness. Instead God sees the creation of a community of different cultures united by faith in his Son as a manifestation of the expansive nature of his grace” – Esau Mccaulley

“And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations. Then the end will come” – Matthew 24:14

“For God so loved the WORLD, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life” John 3:16

Jesus loves us all. Any doctrine, faith system, religion or code that pits nation against nation or dishonors or rejects others based on color is not of God.
